Sean Sullivan from Fort Worth, TX just sent an email about his successful maiden flight of his Panther LS powered by a Lycoming O-235 and Sensenich propeller. Here is what he had to say in his email to us and on Facebook…(click to see more info about his build)
“The first flight of N485PA was a success! The weather cleared up this afternoon and conditions were near perfect! The initial flight was about 40 minutes and the Panther handled perfectly.
Flight testing is going to be a blast in this airplane. I’ll have flight videos from the next flight.”
Everything went really well! I’ll go through my photos and get a few for you. In flight photos are hard, because runway is so far from the hangar area. It’s hard to get a good take off picture.
Dan designed an awesome airplane! I can wait to see what it can do!”
Here are a couple of photos:

Congratulations Sean! We are so happy for you! Your perseverance has paid off and you are now the proud pilot of a Panther aircraft that you built. Hats off to you!
