I used the Racequip camlock 5 point harness when I was racing SCCA. I find them much easier to get in and out of than the latch style. I also installed the Racequip Camlock Sportsman in my Panther. I think they are great seatbelt and could save valuable time in the case of an incident. I highly recommend them.
