Hi Everyone,
What size trim tabs the Lycoming guys are using for rudder and aileron trim?
I have just over 6 hours on my Lyc O-235 powered LS and I am having to use quite a bit of right rudder in all phases of flight. In addition, I am still dealing with a slightly heavy right wing. I currently have a 3" wide, 9" tall, 3/8" thick trim tab on the lower left side of my rudder. That is not enough.
Before I start removing wheel pants etc, I'd like to know what others have found to work. This will help me determine what my next course of action will be. After I get the "ball centered" in cruise, I will begin work on the heavy right wing (which is very minor now).
Thanks in advance!
Sean
