Have a look here: https://picasaweb.google.com/tonyboytoo/TailFeathers For installing tips, start with photo #126. Note disclaimer. SuperFil available from ACS. For a good sanding block, stop by your local auto paint store and see what they have in the sticky back sandpaper department. Mine has strips about 3" x 16". Cut a board for backing.

I like to use West System epoxy with micro ballons or cotton flock, depending on what am filling. When i trimmed the tips for Horz I filled with epoxy mixed with flock, let dry sand shape as needed.

What products do you guys and gals recommend for fiberglass work, I´m installing the tips for the HT/VT. I need to trim the tips like most you of you probably have.
