How to drill/rivet fuel tanks to wings on the bottom?

Regarding the ticket, I just submitted it on saturday afternoon and didn’t expect an answer until Monday, at the earliest. You should have some time off on the weekend!

Yes use the same layout for the top and bottom hole patterns.
I did not see a ticket come through on this yet, I will see whats up with it.

There are very detailed and specific instructions on attaching the fuel tanks on the top of the wings, but I can’t find any guidance on attaching them on the bottom. Am I correct assuming that I should follow the same pattern on the bottom of the wing as on the top? Two rows of rivets with the aft row every other rivet (one rivet goes through the aft skin/spar only and the next one goes through FT skin/aft skin/spar? Or am I wrong?

Hoping to get guidance asap as I plan to fit the riht tank this weekend.
