Hi Ron,
I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night but Google is probably the best tool in my toolbox. Someone will jump in if I am incorrect but I believe the last number is the rivet's max grip length in 16ths of an inch. Scroll down the page on this link for more information and you will see that particular rivet has a grip range of .188"-.250".

If you don't have it already you will probably want to get a copy of AC43.13 which may list this also but mainly has acceptable methods and procedures to use during your build.

Decoding Rivets
I need a bit of advice about Cherry N Rivets.
What does the fourth letter designate in a rivet described as BSPS-44?
I assume it's a 1/8" Aluminum Rivet, Steel Mandrel with a protruding head and grip length of 1/4" but I don't know what the fourth letter describes.
Anyone have a clue?
