New Builder question

Hello all, I'm a brand new builder with lots of aircraft knowledge and am super excited for this build. I know this topic has been talked about a bunch in the past, but i'm just trying to decide if i want to build with flush or protruding rivets. I would like to know how many more hours difference it is flush vs protruding, just in the dimpling alone? Is it really worth the time required to go flush? I know looks are a big thing for some but not me to much. I really just want to fly, being my first build. Last question is if you had to go back and start your build over would you have still choose flush rivets.

Thanks
