You need a #30 120 degree countersink available from Avery Tools part 30-120

Or from The Yard Item # 13313

Rick,

The #30 is what you want. You'll hear both 1/8 and #30 used interchangeably. 1/8 is .125 and #30 is .1285. Rivets are a nominal .125 and don't fit well in a .125 hole, hence the oversize hole for a 1/8 rivet. Only buy #30 drills, not 1/8. Same goes for 3/32 drills. Use #40 instead. Copper clecos go in #30 holes, and silver clecos in #40 holes.

Am getting some tools together while awaiting my tail kit. Am having a hard time finding a 1/8" 120 countersink as mentioned in the manual. The person at Cleveland said that a #30 120 would be the closest they had, anyone else have this problem? Thanks Rick H
