That's a great idea Tony! Also, if I just get a 5/32 flush pull from Fastenal. (Widest available sizes in structural rivets of all the suppliers FYI), I just got an email back from Mike at Cleaveland that said that 100 dimple is close enough. I love that as an alternative solution Tony!

If you're talking just a hole or two, drill a #30 hole in the center of a 3/8 x 3/8 piece of scrap then dimple with the die you've been using. Dimple the 5/32 holes with the same die. Hold the small piece on the back side and pull a 1/8 rivet.

Need to do a 5/32 rivet to solve an oversize hole. Can you use a 100 degree die (solid rivet die) on a 120 for the purposes of this kit? Is it close enough?
