If you place 2 door shims beneath the bolt then place 2 washers on bellcrank, bring bolt up to level with the top of washers, then place 1 washer on top of bearing, slide bellcrank in, push shims together with a couple of screw drivers to bring bolt up thru it and start nut.
The depression on top of bushing will hold washer from slipping off.
Builders with small hands may not need to do it this way.
I tried it a dozen times and never had a washer fall off.
