There are a 1000 ways and tools to deburr holes, and everyone has there favorites. I liked the cogdill version for one particular type of hole, the holes in square tubing, where you can't deburr the inside portion of the hole without something like the ez burr.

I bought the EZL0098-02 (2.5mm) out of a recommendation I read of VAF. Maybe used on a dozen holes and wasn't really impressed with it. Nothing has come close to my 4" hex deburring tool from CAT. Second airplane build and have yet to sharpen it!

Myron, go to YARDSTORE.COM and look at their deburring tools. They call them in/out deburring tools made by cogdill. They are excellent with tension adjust and will do an excellent job. Replacement blades are available. I use them on a daily basis working on my Panther.
