1. Cut hinges that mount to the wing for the flaps and ailerons.
2. Drill all hinges for flap and ailerons using the upper skin. This method can be used for all hinge sections on the Panther. When drilling the section that mounts on the aileron or flap, check drawing, and do not drill holes by the ribs of the flap or aileron. These will be drilled later to match the rib pattern.
