After leak testing we install the fuel tank vent tube and the fuel tank quick disconnect. We then set the tank in a safe place and fill to capacity with 100LL. It has blue die that will show a leak after several days or a week of sitting. If no leak is detected we drain tank into second tank and test it, then we are all set to rivet into wing structure.
