I am super excited to venture into this. I have been researching literally for years and I haven't ever found the right time to start building. I guess if I never start, it will never happen.
So I will be starting to build an aircraft within the next 6 months. I have narrowed it down to two. The Panther or the Onex. I kicked the RV3 out of the running because I think it would be too much time invested before I can start flying.
I have it down to two aircraft, which one? That's the reason for this post.
The only thing keeping me from building the panther are 2 unknowns: complexity of the build ( time from kit delivery to first flight ) and the entire cost of the finished and flying aircraft.
How would you builders compare the two? the Onex and the Panther in terms of building?
I'll have to admit, I am on the fence... Onex or Panther... Panther or Onex. It comes down to the variables of completed aircraft cost and time spent building.
I'll accept all criticism
