Have a look at fuselage photos 168-170. I wasn't able to get a nice crisp dimple using just a male die.

What was your process for dimpling the cage? What is it about the results that you are not happy with?

Thanks again for all the very nice comments!

Been piddling in the shop some. Firewall riveted on, and half the forward bottom skin. Engine is on the mount and ready to hang after the sides get clecoed on. Couple photos on Picasa.

Not happy with my attempts to dimple (divot :D ) the cage, so I plan to use CCP rivets.

First, thanks for all the kind words, both public and private.

My first inclination was to sell the project, then I realized it would most likely be my salvation.

Worked in the shop a bit today. The seat cushions and step are both winners. Fresh photos up on Picasa.
