Hello,
I am beginning to prep for paint. I am curious how others painted their wings. I would like to make some type of rotisserie for the wings but I'm not sure how to work around the spar that sticks out on the inboard of the wing. Did others make a rotisserie or just use saw horses and pvc tube through the lightning holes in the ribs. Suggestions and photos would be appreciated.

Did the elevators and rudder have to be removed to do the painting?rlweseman wrote:We used the Scherwin Williams Genesis 3.5 series paint and our local custom car shop did the work. Dan, the kids and I came up with the paint scheme after hours with the colored pencils. The paint job was just under 3k, but did not include the paint itself. Turned out really nice! Paint Job
I saw it at Barnwell and it is indeed very nice. Who painted her and what was the cost. What kind of paint was used.

Re: Paint Job
I was curious how much weight the Panther gained after being painted? (Yes, I'm looking that far down the road
)

The Panther will begin getting paint next week. I am really looking forward to seeing Ms Panther all dolled up!
