1. Start the assembly of the aileron counter balance arm assemblies by taking 2 left aileron ribs and 2 right aileron ribs, and 4 aileron counter balance arms. Temporarily attach aileron arm with 2 AN4-5A bolts through the tooling holes of the rib. Transfer drill 4 #30 holes through arm and into rib. Debur rib and prime if desired.
2. Bolt each arm to rib using 2 AN4-5A bolts, 2 AN960PD-416 washers and 2 AN365-1032 (MS21044N3) nuts. Rivet using 4 BSPS-44 rivets.
