1. Position angle flush to top of fuselage and behind side skin. Transfer drill upper 10 holes of skin through angle.
2. Remove angle and trim approximately ¼” below last hole drilled.
3. Position cheek former about 1/16” below fuselage tube. (if skin is installed correctly, it should be approximately even with the top of the skin. Mark angle for where it should be trimmed.
4. Trim angle to fit inside of former. Red lines show approximate shape of the angle. Remember, top of former when installed should be 1/16” below top of fuselage.
5. Transfer drill 7 #40 holes in former to angle.
6.Repeat Steps 1-5 on right side.
