1. Cleco exhaust tunnel side and former in position on the left side. We recommend using some ¼” soft solid rivets left over from the fuel tanks to fill the tooling holes in the side formers.
2. Another view of the front former clecoed in position. Tunnel skin was riveted in place with the fuselage side skin.
3. Install BSPS-42 rivets through left floor board in the tunnel side former.
4. Install -42 rivets to attach the skin to the side and front formers. Rivets can be flush or protruding.
5. Repeat for the right side.
6. Don’t forget the rivets inside the cockpit to attach side former to the floor.
