1. Up-Drill all holes to #30, take apart, deburr, and dimple if desired.
2. Rivet together using BSC-42 rivets through upper and lower skins if using flush rivets. Use BSPS-43 rivets along hinge, and BSPS-42 rivets to attach ribs to skin below the hinge.
3. Counter balance weights can be installed now or when final rigging of the airplane is done. We recommend leaving the temporary spacer in place until final rigging of the airplane.
