1. Enlarge the open rivet hole at the top of the first rib to 3/16”
2. Install stop bolt and nuts
3. Side view of up-stop. Note that the aft most nut (under head) is reversed. If you leave the other nut loose, you can adjust the flap up-stop with the wings on, and flaps down. After flaps and stops are adjusted, you can slide the wing partially out and tighten the last nut.
4. Repeat for other wing.
