1. It is easier to install throttle and mixture cable rod end forks onto the throttle quadrant with the skins off. Throttle and mixture cables can be screwed into clevises later but it will probably take 2 people. It might be easier to screw the clevis ends onto the cables first, then install rod ends on the quadrant, but you will have a length of cable coiled up in your fuselage until the engine is mounted. Bracket to anchor the ends of the cable will be installed in the next part.
