Note - Left Wing Shown below - the Right is Similar.
1. Ribs 1 through 8 have a stiffener angle that attaches to the rib and bolts into the holes drilled for a 3/16" bolt on the main spar. The 3/16" hole on the stiffener can be elongated to allow the stiffener to be tight against the rib. The first nose rib (position 8) also has a stiffener angle, however the clecos attaching the nose rib to the spar will interfere with the stiffener angle for the main rib 8. Work these ribs one at a time. Transfer drill the 7 #40 holes into each rib and updrill to #40. A close quarter right angle drill works well, or you can remove adjacent ribs, and use a standard drill with a long bit.
