1. Insert loop of spring into small hole of spring tab on the elevator reversing arm.
2. Insert other end of spring into P4512 elevator neutral spring mount.
3. Pull the elevator spring mount forward until the elevator reversing arm is in the neutral position (or has elevator slightly “UP”). Keep the spring roughly parallel to the forward pushrod, make sure spring does not touch pushrod. Hold the mount in position and move the stick in both directions and let go. See where the reversing arm returns to typically, it will go a slightly different position depending on the direction you move the stick. When you find the best position transfer drill holes in mount into bottom skin. The mount is attached with 5 “42” length rivets.
Note: the mount can also be mounted with AN525-832R6 machine screws and nylon loc nuts if desired
