1. Install trim lever mount by removing 2 of the upper AN3 bolts from the throttle quadrant. Be careful to keep the washers used as spacers in the quadrant in place. Replace bolts with longer AN3 bolts. This is much easier with the left fuselage side skin removed, but can be done with the skin in place with some patience. There may be some variances in the stack-up of washers or thickness of wood blocks in the throttle quadrant which will affect the bolt length. The bolts listed are were used in testing.
2. Install the lever to the mount using the 4 arm friction knob. The PTFE washer shown previously goes between the lever and the mount.
