1.Install the P8905 Per plans sheet P-F-canopy frame details. Bevel the top as shown to for a “ramp” to help guide the canopy in place when closing
2.Install the AN525-10R8 instrument panel screw on the right hand side.
3.Bevel the top forward side of P8511 and clamp I place. Bevel the aft lower corner as need so it clears the roll bar tube.
4.Set the canopy frame in place on the fuselage and slide the hinge pins in place on the right side ,and the latch pins on the left side
5.Adjust the P8511 so the outside of the canopy frame angle is flush with the fuse side (outside of skin, .032 outside of the tube), and with approx. 1/16 gap between the P8511 and P8502.Drill #30,and cleco in place
