1. Gather the 8 pieces required for the seat back
2. Starting at the top, Cleco the upper seat back P4113 to the right and left angles P4503 and P4502, and to the top angle P4504
3. Backside of items assembled in step 2. Check fit of angles at the corners, trim if necessary for good fit.
4. Cleco seat back pieces P4112 and P4111
5. Deburr and bevel edges of seat back corners P4505. The bevel is to allow the corners to clear the radius of the seat top and side angles.
6. Clamp both angles in place.
7. Transfer drill #40 holes in side and top angles through corner angle and cleco in place.
8. Up drill all holes to #30, deburr, paint and prime as desired. Rivet using rivets called out in picture. Holes at top corners need to be countersunk for the seat adjuster angle to fit properly.
9. Install seat adjuster angles.
