1.For Plans Builders - Fabricate ribs, brackets, and stiffeners per plans.
2.Prepare Parts according to the part preperation instructions.
3.Main rib 1 needs to be modified for Bellcrank brackets and Slide Blocks.
4.Attach rib 1 to rear spar and rear spar stiffener with clecos. Position rear stiffener bracket and clamp to rib.
5. Transfer drill #40 holes from stiffener into rib and cleco in position.
6. Transfer drill 2 #30 holes from rear spar and rear spar stiffener into stiffener bracket.
7.Up drill #40 holes on rib to #30 and #30 holes on rear spar to a tight fit for a 3/16” bolt.
8. Disassemble, debur, and prime if desired.
9.Rib 1, round the edge of the bellcrank bracket to match the radius of the stiffener. Position stiffener per drawing and trim flange to match stiffener.
10. Transfer drill 4 #30 holes in stiffener into bracket.
11. Pre drill 4 holes in each skin stiffener, Locate 2 skin stiffeners and rib stiffener on Rib 1 as shown in plans and in picture and transfer drill #40 and #30 holes into ribs.
12. Position stiffener as shown and transfer drill #30 holes into rib and skin stiffeners on other side of rib.
