1.Remove horizontal stabilizer deburr parts as needed and install the vertical bolts through the forward mounts, upper longerons and finally bulkhead reinforcement angles. Remove the lower aft tail cone skin for easier access to the nuts and washers. 2 people make this job easier, but it can be done by yourself.
2.The horizontal stabilizer will be removed multiple times before you are finished. You can use the close tolerance bolts with temporary nuts until final assembly.
